We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our contact form. This service may collect technical challenge data (such as browser type and interaction patterns) to determine whether a visitor is human. No personal identifiers are stored by this process.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare may set a minimal functional cookie for security verification purposes only — this is not used to track your browsing behaviour.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Provide a quotation or proposal if requested
  • Enter into a service agreement where applicable

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Contact form submissions are securely stored in a hosted database (Supabase) with the following safeguards:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Row-level security policies restricting access
  • No public read access to submitted data
  • Access limited to authorised personnel only

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted unless a service agreement has been entered into.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we hold your personal data
  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to the processing of your data

These processors are contractually obligated to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Our services are not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
